Pennsylvania Place allows a maximum of 2 cats per apartment. A written verification of each provided by a veterinarian and a photo of the pet are required. Cats must be declawed or capped and must be spayed or neutered. This deposit is security against any damage to the premises. If no pet damage occurs, the deposit will be refunded upon vacating the apartment.
