Pet policy:

Pennsylvania Place allows a maximum of 2 cats per apartment. A written verification of each provided by a veterinarian and a photo of the pet are required. Cats must be declawed or capped and must be spayed or neutered. There will be an additional $20 charge per month per cat, in addition to a $150.00 deposit per cat. This deposit is security against any damage to the premises. If no pet damage occurs, the deposit will be refunded upon vacating the apartment.
